Draft — not legal advice, not yet reviewed. The structure and the operationally-specific clauses below are drawn from how the service actually works. The wording has not been settled by a lawyer and must be before launch. Decisions still open are flagged inline like [DECISION].

We are not a government service

Digital Services International Pty Ltd source information from the PPSR to provide reports to you. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an agent of the Australian Government, the Australian Financial Security Authority or the Personal Property Securities Register. This is a commercial website and we charge a fee for our service. The register can also be searched directly through AFSA.

About the data

Search results are supplied and issued by the PPSR and NEVDIS unadulterated. We pass on what the register returns. We do not verify, supplement or correct it, and we do not warrant its accuracy or completeness.

A search reflects the register at the moment it is performed. It is not a continuing guarantee about the vehicle.

Not advice

Nothing on this website or in a report is legal, financial or mechanical advice. A report tells you what is recorded against a vehicle. It does not tell you whether to buy it, what it is worth, or whether it is mechanically sound. If a vehicle has a registered security interest and you are unsure how to proceed, get advice before you pay.

What a search does not cover

A PPSR check is a records search, not an inspection. It will not reveal mechanical condition, service history, or odometer tampering.

Trade marks

“REVS” was the name of the former NSW Register of Encumbered Vehicles, which closed in 2012. We use the term descriptively, for the search people still know by that name. REVS Checker is not connected with, or endorsed by, the NSW Government or its former register.
